PresAID (Presbyterians Assisting In Development) is the Overseas Aid and Development arm of the Presbyterian Church of Australia, through which the Presbyterian Church of Australia directs funds for aid and development to like-minded Presbyterian and Reformed denominations in Developing Countries throughout the world.

PCA congregations throughout Australia are encouraged to devote their Christmas Day and Good Friday offerings to fund a range of specific projects being undertaken by these sister churches in their endeavours to further the cause of the Gospel.

Some of the projects so far assisted are:

• Ministry to HIV/AIDS orphans in Namatete Presbyterian Church, Blantyre, Malawi;
• Scholarship assistance for student ministers of the Presbyterian Church of Sudan;
• Assistance in re-settling displaced people from the slum clearances in Zimbabwe;
• Erection of framework and roofing of three Presbyterian Churches in Zambia.
• Aid to Presbyterian Church in Pakistan for rebuilding after earthquake.
• Assistance to two Presbyterian orphanages in Dehra Dun, India.
• Drought relief assistance for members of Church of Central Africa, Presbyterian, Blantyre Synod, Malawi.
